What should I do if I have trouble logging in?

#1, kindly please ensure your account information correct, the Sign In email address is your registration email. 

#2, If you’ve forgotten your password, please click the ‘Forgot your password’ on the Sign In page. Follow the steps and complete the information asked, and then reset your password. Remember that for your next log in.

Can I get some discount if I place a larger order?

Yes, surely it is. The more quantities you ordered, the more discount you will receive. If you need purchase items in quantity, we would be happy to receive from you and provide you the best offers in the market. You can contact with our sales via support@kimcurvy.com. It would be much appreciated that providing the specific items details, the order quantities, and more other requirements you needed.

Where is my another package?

Normally, it showed on the order with some different items. Some of them are not in stock or in sourcing status, the order will be split into one or two parcel shipped. The item in stock will be sent at the first time, and when the rest of items are in stock, they will be sent in another new package.

How do I add or remove items from my order?

Do please contact us to modify immediately if you need to add or remove items from your order. We could do nothing if the order status changed.

Why was my order canceled?

There are three common reasons for your reference:
#1, You place an order but did not finish the payment within the time limited.
#2, Your Paypal account name and address did not match your order’s shipping address, and there was no response when we contacted you.

#3, The product you ordered was out of stock, and you did not response us timely. Generally, we will fully refund you while the order canceled. If still not solved, please feel free to contact us via support@kimcurvy.com

What should I do if I want to change the shipping address?

Please contact us directly if the orders have not been shipped. We can not help you if the order status updated.

How can I cancel an order?

Sign into your account, and click ‘View Order.’ Entering, and click the ‘Cancel’, and then confirm it. Kindly please note that you can do it before the order status changing. If the order was processed, please go to the return and refund page. Or contact with our customer service directly.
