Return & Refund
To meet our customers'satisfaction, we encourage our customer to check your order carefully when received package. If you are not happy with your purchase, we would agree the return request within 30 days of the shipping date. You just need to get in touch with our KimCurvy Service to deal with it. Please note that the item you want to return should be unused, undamaged, and in original condition & package, with tag attached. And the return shipping cost at our expense. Otherwise, Items damaged, lost or stolen will not be accepted. Please understand that underwear, swimwear, jewelry, intimates are not allowed for return.
You can request a replacement if you’ve got the problems on wrong items or size, which didn’t match your purchase. Please keep the item in the original condition. We’ll cover the replacement cost. If the mistake made by yourself, you can also contact us for the right replacement. All the related cost should be at your bill.
We will accept the refund request when order was placed and you want to cancel that. You should contact our customer service within 12 hours. And you’ll receive the full refund within 48 hours once the order canceled successfully. Whatever the customer order is what we ship. Therefore, we can not be held liable for the customer receiving the wrong item if they placed the wrong order.
