Return, Replacement & Refund Policy


To meet our customers’ satisfaction, we encourage our customer to check your order carefully when received package. If you are not happy with your purchase, we would agree the return request within 30 days of the shipping date. You just need to get in touch with our KimCurvy Service to deal with it. Please note that the item you want to return should be unused, undamaged, and in original condition & package, with tag attached. And the return shipping cost at our expense. Otherwise, Items damaged, lost or stolen will not be accepted. Please understand that underwear, swimwear, jewelry, intimates are not allowed for return.


You can request a replacement if you’ve got the problems on wrong items or size, which didn’t match your purchase. Please keep the item in the original condition. We’ll cover the replacement cost. If the mistake made by yourself, you can also contact us for the right replacement. All the related cost should be at your bill.


We will accept the refund request when order was placed and you want to cancel that. You should contact our customer service within 12 hours. And you’ll receive the full refund within 48 hours once the order canceled successfully. Whatever the customer order is what we ship. Therefore, we can not be held liable for the customer receiving the wrong item if they placed the wrong order.

We ship our orders from different warehouse, and it might split your order (with two or more items) into several packages according to stock levels at our own discretion.

Shipping Insurance is be highly recommended while checking out. It ensures that your orders at any issues while on delivery status that KimCurvy will arrange you a new shipment. If the item is out of stock, you will also got the replacement at the same price.

The page of exclusive promotions, sales and special offers are all subject to the availability. There orders do not include shipping fees and shipping insurance.

We cover the loss of delivery failed orders within 90 days. If you did not get your parcel at this period, please get in touch with our service as soon as possible. We won’t take any compensation after deadline.

We ship orders worldwide at different warehouses, and are delivered duty unpaid. Obviously, any and all customs or import duties might be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, there charges must be paid by the customers. Should the customers refuse the package due to import duties or taxes, they take full liability for all the cost involved in the process.
